In order to heal you must remove foods that feed the virus and bacteria responsible for the cell change in your organs. This hardening of tissue can be reversed just in the same way it became problematic. The liver along with all tissue around the body including the endocrine system and lymphatic system is supposed to be soft and clean. Hardening occurs when the tissue becomes contaminated and dehydrated as mentioned above.

This may sound radical but you can move into it gradually if it’s too difficult for you however the sooner you get started the quicker you’ll heal and the less discomfort you’ll need to endure so be brave and get on the wagon. If you fall off pick yourself up and go again.
Begin to allow your body to detox from its viral load bacterial load and toxins that have accumulated over the years such as medication, sprayed foods and supermarket brought foods processed foods package foods and GMOs etc
Flush and cleans to heal through foods that are fresh and uncooked and unsprayed which means shopping organic wherever possible within your budget
Supplementation with clean and approved supplements that will accelerate your healing due to deficiencies over the years of not knowing or understanding the implications of your actions
And fourthly if you have been Cov jabbed this will also begin to heal you and cleanse you of that toxic jab ingredients and the harm it has set up in your body.
It’s important for you to start your healing journey with the following routine
Upon waking drink as close to a litre of lemon water and honey (to taste) which you have prepared the day before while you were drinking your lemon water and honey.
Follow that up 15-30 mins later with 500mls (1/2 litre) of organic Celery Juice fresh juiced. (Get a juicer if you haven’t got one)
Followed 15-30mins later by a Detox Smoothie that will be your morning tea the ingredients as follows “all organic”
Banana
Orange (peeled)
Wild Blueberries fresh frozen or powder
tsp Vimergy Barley Grass juice Powder
tsp Vimergy Spirulina
Tsp Atlanta Dulse seaweed (extract in liquid or flakes)
A few sprigs of fresh cilantro (coriander)
Blend with organic Coconut water and consume.
Lunch is large Organic Salads with fruit or raisins and if still hungry have apples and fruit banana papaya etc
Dinner should be another large salad with fruit and if you like you can steam some potatoes kumara pumpkin etc but no oil and salt if you can manage that as it’s super important to speed up the healing.
If you are still hungry eat fruit or dried fruit as long as you stay hydrated, and they are not treated with sulphates or sulphides or phosphates and are organic.
Keep this up each day and remember that it’s not a diet you can eat as much as you wish and make sure your snacking every hour or two to keep your energy up, this is most important as the food you are consuming now is lower in calories than what you are used to.
