Our kelp seaweed is harvested from the pristine waters of the north island of New Zealand and dried naturally to preserve nutrients, then milled into powder and granules.

Use as a seasoning, before, during or after cooking.  Kelp adds body and salty, sweet umami flavour to soups, stews and gravies. Use it to replace regular table salt. Use as a rub to tenderise meat and fish, and infuse flavour.

  • in a powder or granule (seasoning format),
  • in a 45g jar (trial size), 375g refill box or 1kg bag.

Country of origin: Product of New Zealand. Tested for contaminants in accordance with the ANZ Food Code.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Seal securely once opened – seaweeds are hygroscopic and will absorb moisture from the atmosphere around them.
