The Wild Yam contained in our Wild Yam Cream is in a therapeutic dose that works in synergy with the other ingredients for optimal effect meaning it not only targets menopausal symptoms, but also helps with the emotions that come with menopause and works to calm your body and mind.

We recommend using Wild Yam Cream regularly (as per instructions) for 2-3 months minimum for optimum results.  Some women have told us that they noticed the effect the cream was having when they stopped using it (and then quickly restarted!). See ‘How To Use’ below for specific usage instructions.
