A finely air-milled Zentrofan flour. Made from a mix of four nourishing grains with a light texture ideal for pancakes and baking. Zentrofan flour is air-milled by spiralling grains inside a stone cavity, keeping the flour cool and preventing its nutrients from being compromised by the heat. Air milling creates a finely ground flour, which makes for lighter and softer baking.
