Our sea salt is harvested from the Southern Ocean using the natural evaporation process of the New Zealand sun and wind. With a larger grain than table salt, our coarse sea salt is a bold flavour enhancer, ideal for seasoning savoury dishes, or bringing contrast to sweets such as caramels and chocolate.
