The original overnight oats. Our swiss bircher is hand made with a tasty mix of dried apple, raisins, hazelnuts and seeds. To make bircher muesli the traditional way, soak overnight in the milk of your choice and top with grated apple. We love ours with a drizzle of organic apple syrup too.
