Fresh local beetroot is harvested, shredded and dried in our Driedfresh™ osmotic vacuum dryer, resulting in a nutrient rich powder with a sweet, earthy flavour. Our beetroot powder makes a bright natural food colouring, giving cakes, muffins and icing a rich red velvet colour.
