Our organic all spice is made from the fruit of the pimento tree, which is picked before it ripens and allowed to dry. These round balls look similar to peppercorns, are distinctly aromatic and taste like a blend of cinnamon, clove and nutmeg. When soaked whole in liquid, all spice adds flavour to stocks, broths, picked vegetables and mulled wine.
